In plain terms
I was called to the Ontario bar in 1995. I earned my law degree at Queen's University in 1993. Before law school I studied English literature, first in India, then at the University of Toronto. I served on the board of the Ontario Society of Senior Citizens Organizations from 2012 to 2023, and I am a lifetime member.
I run a solo practice. When you work with me, you work with me directly.
My practice focuses on refugee and immigration matters, family law, and a range of other legal needs including estates, CPP and ODSP appeals, and consumer debt.
I have particular experience with refugee claims from Ethiopia, India and Africa.
