My practice covers:
- Refugee law: refugee claims before the Refugee Protection Division, judicial review, appeals, transgender issues, and related matters
- Immigration law: applications, sponsorships, visas, and status questions
- Family law: separation, divorce, custody, support, child support, and property
- Estate law: wills and estate matters
- Government disability benefits (CPP and ODSP): applications and appeals
- Consumer debt: debt-related legal help
Legal Aid Ontario
I take Legal Aid Ontario certificates for immigration and refugee matters. If you have one or think you might qualify, get in touch.

Fees
My rate is $300 per hour, plus HST. Disbursements (things like government filing fees) are extra.
Legal help should be within reach. If your income is limited, talk to me. I offer reduced rates, a sliding scale, and payment plans depending on your situation.
Where I am
Business hours 10 to 4, Monday to Friday. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, or book a time.
Take the south side elevators to the 2nd floor. Ask for Anna at reception.
Steps from Davisville subway station. There is no parking in the building, so please plan to arrive by transit, on foot, or use a paid lot nearby. The building is wheelchair accessible.
